As a member, you will have access to structured training sessions where you’ll benefit from expert coaching in addition to friendly advice and support from your fellow runners. Both Senior and Junior weekly training sessions take place at Stadium 2000 in Shildon all year round, weather permitting!

Our training sessions will set you on the right path to reaching your individual goals, which could be improving your fitness levels, enjoying the social aspect of exercising with others or working towards a new PB.
