What do you enjoy about Crook AC: when we all come together to celebrate other members milestones at parkruns
What’s your favourite race: I haven’t really raced much lately but one that I’ll always remember is the LGBQT race in Newcastle
Proudest moment as a crook AC member?: completing my half marathon, September 2021.
How/why did you end up joining the club?: My sister was part of Crook AC, she’s a faster runner than me but made It very clear that Crook AC is inclusive to all abilities, which was true. Group 6 made me feel very welcome at the track and I’ve never looked back.
