What’s your favourite Race?: Lots but GNR is something else
Proudest moment as a Crook AC Member: PB of 34:24 at X-Border 10k 2023 finishing 2nd out of 720 runners. Also breaking 17 mins 5k at the Quayside 5k 2023 in 16:49.
How/why did you end up joining the club: I finished 1 place behind a Crook AC vest in the Silksworth 5k in 2019 and got chatting away with Rob Teesdale and then a month or so later joined up.
